**COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS**

Due to restrictions outlined by the CDC & VDH the following modifications have been made to our operations:

-We are currently not booking parties on our deck area as that space is being used as a waiting area to encourage social distancing

-Parties are limited to a maximum of 20 guests at this time

-While in our game area, all guests 2+ years old must wear a mask/face covering at all times when not seated

Who can schedule parties?

Anyone celebrating a birthday with a large group or sports teams.


When can we schedule our party?

Mon-Thurs: Call for available gameroom times

Fri-Sun: Gameroom—11am, 1pm or 3pm ONLY

     *Reservation times are for an hour & a half ONLY*


How far in advance should we schedule?

The earlier the better, but at least 1 week prior.


Can we bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream etc.?

You are allowed to bring cupcakes, cakes, or ice cream cakes. We do NOT allow outside ice cream as we offer 16 flavors of   Hershey’s Premium Ice Cream. No other outside food or drink.


Can I order food in advance? Or order from the catering menu?   

You are more than welcome to call in an order in advance or wait until you arrive to order. No, you can not order from the  catering menu to dine-in except for cakes, cheesecakes or pies.


Do you offer food specials for parties?

Please see our Party Packs info sheet below for more info on specials for reserved parties. Weekly Specials can be applied. However, you may not combine discounts with Party Packs.


Do you offer game specials?

We currently do not offer discounted rates on games. All games are quarter operated, ranging $0.25-$1.00. We have change machines to provide quarters as well as an ATM on premises.


Can we split the check?

You may pay cash or card & split checks anyway you like. Please let your server know upon arrival if you plan to split checks.


How many people can I invite?

Reservations start at 10 people. We are currently only able to accomodate up to 20 guests total at this time. 


If our party is in the gameroom, will it be private?

We will reserve enough tables to accommodate your guests, however if other tables are available they may be sat with other Pungo Pizza guests. Additionally, other guests may play games in the gameroom during your party time.


What’s on your menu?

Our full menu is available under the menu tab on this site. Additionally, we advise directing your guests to our website to preview the menu.


Can we decorate our party area?

You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations & display them as long as they will not damage any painted     surfaces.


Are there any fees associated with booking a party?

There are no booking fees for reserving the room. However, there is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel 5 or less days prior to the party or no show. A credit card will be kept on file upon booking .


Can I change the time/day/ number of guests etc?

  We will call you about a week prior to your scheduled party to confirm all details. However, please let us know as soon as possible with any changes regarding time, date or headcount. We will do our best to accommodate any changes.


Fundraising FAQ

Who can host a fundraiser at Pungo Pizza?

Non-profit organizations including local schools & their sports organizations/clubs


 When can I schedule our fundraiser?

We only offer fundraising events Mon-Wed; 4pm-close


What percentage of sales will we receive?

Your organization will receive 10% of net sales.


How far in advance can I schedule my fundraiser?

The sooner the better, but at least 3 weeks prior

 

How will you know that a guest is participating in our fundraiser?

 Please have those supporting your organization let their server know when dining in or who takes their order when ordering carry out. Staff will also be asking guests if they’re here to support your cause


Will you advertise my fundraiser?

Yes, we will make social media posts as well as an event page on our Facebook. Please email us a digital copy of your flyer no later than 2 weeks prior. We also expect you to promote the event on your own social media & around the community.
